Team Members

Bill Coltzer, Jr., AIA, is the managing partner of WH Coltzer, International & Zero/Six Consulting, LLC. Son of a General Contractor, Bill grew up participating in the family construction business, later attended Texas A&M, and in 1993 became a licensed Architect. A combination of construction experience and architectural training gives Bill a unique perspective to the construction process. Bill’s project responsibilities include whole building commissioning, forensic architecture, dispute resolution and expert testimony.
